The digits are large but the g indicator is *tiny* - but since lbs+oz is obvious at a glance (because the lbs are way over on the left with a gap in between) you can see it and go "oh that's wrong *click* and then you're seeing a simple number and can easily assume that's grams when it's tenths-of-ounces and now you're off by a factor of 3."
